Responsibilities
- Review existing data collection and reporting workflows to identify operational bottlenecks and risks
- Streamline report compilation processes by automating Excel workflows and enhancing data reconciliation checks
- Maintain accurate documentation for standard operating procedures regarding regulatory and management reporting
- Compile routine statutory returns and internal credit risk reports within strict scheduled timelines
- Execute daily and monthly data quality checks across loan portfolios, risk metrics, and ledger feeds
- Collaborate with Finance, Risk Policy, and Technology teams to resolve data discrepancies prior to sign-off
- Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Information Systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and basic logic formulas
- Familiarity with VBA, Power Query, SQL, Python, or BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for numerical data
- Strong time management skills to consistently meet recurring, deadline-driven filing cycles
- Professional written and verbal communication capabilities
