- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of electronic components
- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers, and internal teams to support daily logistics operations
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs documentation
- Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate delays or risks to relevant stakeholders
- Support inventory accuracy through shipment reconciliation, system updates, and collaboration with warehouse operations
- Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or inventory management; experience in handling electronics components is a must
- Good understanding of domestic and international shipping, freight management, customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
