Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support, routine maintenance, and administration for the Laserfiche ECM platform
- Design, build, and deploy low-code applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform
- Evaluate, test, and adopt AI coding assistants like Amazon Q Developer to optimize software delivery
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures for enterprise repositories
- Ensure developed applications comply with regulatory policies, data retention rules, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with external vendors for system patches, upgrades, and technical advisories
- Hands-on experience in supporting and configuring Enterprise Content Management systems such as Laserfiche
- Proficiency in developing low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and best practices for AI-assisted coding
- Understanding of audit trail implementation, data retention policies, and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical capabilities for L2 incident troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and user support
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party APIs
