You will drive business management initiatives and regulatory compliance for our department. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination with stakeholders, robust internal controls, and effective oversight of third-party supplier engagements while delivering high-impact operational support.
Responsibilities
- Provide business management support ensuring compliance with group requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage assigned tasks and documentation
- Support procurement processes for third-party supplier engagements
- Manage post-contract supplier activities under regulatory standards
- Execute ad-hoc duties directed by line management
- Maintain independent execution and positive problem-solving under pressure
- Hold university degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management, or related discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in banking, investment, or project procurement experience
- Demonstrate exposure to internal and regulatory governance
- Apply familiarity with SFC regulatory requirements
- Utilize IT knowledge and advanced MS Office proficiency
- Communicate fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
