Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end vision and roadmaps for AI products aligned with bank objectives.
- Bridge non-technical stakeholders (business, compliance) and technical engineering/design teams.
- Create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and support rapid PoC/prototype development.
- Establish KPIs to measure, evaluate, and scale AI prototypes enterprise-wide.
- Deliver timely, high-quality analytics solutions tailored to evolving business priorities.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and required risk control frameworks
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in product management, data analytics, or technical roles.
- Knowledge of AI architectures, LLMs, NLP, RAG frameworks, and vector databases.
- In-depth understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools e.g. Jira, Confluence and prototyping tools e.g. Figma.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, storytelling, and ownership under ambiguous conditions.
