- Conduct end-to-end quality assurance testing for banking applications, systems, and digital platforms.
- Prepare test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing reports based on business and functional requirements.
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, UAT support, and defect tracking.
- Work closely with business users, developers, and project teams to identify, report, and follow up on system issues.
- Support system enhancement projects and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience as a QA Engineer in the banking industry.
- Hands-on experience in test case preparation, defect logging and issue tracking tools.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
