Responsibilities
- Elicit business requirements and translate them into structured user stories, process flows, and prioritized backlogs in Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Apply hands-on Generative AI prompt engineering and RAG principles to prototype, refine, and manage post-launch AI solutions.
- Enforce end-to-end traceability across requirements, test cases, model versions, and release sign-offs to satisfy enterprise risk standards.
- Develop comprehensive test plans, coordinate UAT, and evaluate AI outputs to eliminate hallucinations.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, track dependencies, maintain risk logs, and report project status to Steering Committees.
- Liaison between business product owners, IT infrastructure teams, and external vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/CCBA), Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), or Agile (PSM/CSM).
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, digital transformation, or enterprise IT project delivery using Agile.
- Practical skills in Generative AI prompt engineering alongside hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps Boards or Jira.
- Proven track record in process mapping, flow diagramming, and requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
