Responsibilities
- Assess data and AI readiness across strategic platforms through comprehensive gap, quality, and lineage analysis.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for enterprise web portals and data solutions.
- Design end-to-end process maps integrating source systems, data platforms, and AI orchestration layers with clear control points.
- Collaborate with agile delivery pods, data teams, and technology partners to prioritize backlogs and roll out scalable features.
- Execute robust testing strategies, regression checks, and model output validations in alignment with governance standards.
- Define standard performance metrics, operational KPIs, and automated reporting dashboards for business stakeholders.
- Deliver user training and workshops to promote data literacy, safe AI usage, and self-service analytics adoption.
- Research emerging industry capabilities, including predictive analytics, intelligent exception handling, and agentic workflows.
- Support multi-domain digital transformation initiatives spanning client onboarding, liquidity analytics, and regulatory reporting.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of change management or product delivery experience in financial services.
- Strong track record in business analysis, process re-engineering, and working within Agile development squads.
- Domain expertise in securities services, treasury and liquidity, or asset owner operations.
- Hands-on proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos alongside SQL.
- Practical familiarity with cloud platforms, JIRA, Confluence, and modern REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of data governance, metadata frameworks, and AI/ML model integration principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to communicate complex concepts across business and IT teams.
- Relevant professional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
