- Supporting Active Directory services, Azure Directory services, Microsoft 365 services, Collaboration Services, Power Platform, Copilot, Viva Suites, and Digital Workplace Infrastructure Management
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications and AD/AAD services, including resolving incidents and handling service requests, root cause analysis and problem investigation; and conduct impact analysis and testing, execute the change request.
- Prepare a change plan, conduct an impact analysis and testing, execute the change request, and work closely with other technical teams until completion
- Support Windows and Office365 software upgrade
- Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in managing AD/AAD and M365 systems, preferably in a large complex environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, and other endpoint management tools and platforms
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and M365 best practices and standards
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
