- Partner with Executive Leadership to establish, optimize, and embed comprehensive delivery frameworks for key workstreams within the overarching master programme
- Oversee standard PMO methodologies across assigned streams, including rigorous tracking of progress metrics, plan management, cross-project dependencies, budget control, and optimized resource smoothing
- Lead integrations across diverse technical and business tracks, spanning core software engineering, operational workflow design, commercial readiness, and vendor delivery
- Act as the primary conduit for clear, timely communication between internal execution teams, external commercial partners, and regulatory/public stakeholders.
- Drive and report on execution benchmarks across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years in project management, with experience in Mandatory Pension Funds (MPF)
- Proven track record of guiding highly complex, multi-year digital transformation projects through the complete software development lifecycle
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
