Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys, equipment location planning, and cable routing schemes to produce precise engineering deliverables
- Formulate and review detailed work plans, method statements, and technical implementation documentation
- Manage relationships with clients and subcontractors, supervising on-site activities to maintain strict operational and safety standards
- Standardise survey, design, and engineering output templates across all deployment scenarios
- Communicate project milestones, risk factors, and schedules directly with key stakeholders
- Guide site construction and engineering teams throughout the end-to-end installation lifecycle
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- 3+ years of wireless network engineering experience with operators, system integrators, or enterprise environments
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite for technical engineering design and documentation
- Familiarity with Huawei wireless equipment, site power systems, and civil construction requirements
- Solid grasp of local Hong Kong site deployment regulations, execution standards, and safety guidelines
- Fluency in English with strong Cantonese communication skills preferred
