- Supporting the Retail Banking & Wealth business sector - a mixture of volume hire and specialist hire
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviews, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality candidates within timelines
- Support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction events.
- At least 6 years of talent acquisition experience with strong direct sourcing capabilities
- Experience recruiting frontline, volume-hire, or customer-facing roles in banking or financial services
- Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and talent engagement skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Chinese
