- Support the implementation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of technology solutions and enterprise platforms
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, documentation, and transition to production support
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support solution analysis, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical assessments for new initiatives, system enhancements, and existing platforms.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely escalation
Experience Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 4-5 years of experience in IT services, technology delivery, or a related environment
- Hands-on experience in system implementation, application support, project coordination, or technology delivery
- Technical knowledge in .NET / .NET Framework
- Excellent written and spoken English, with good spoken Cantonese
