- Lead the technical delivery of IT projects and system enhancements, including requirements analysis, solution design, technical planning, and implementation
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery lifecycle covering development/configuration, system integration, testing, deployment, cutover, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Provide BAU support for critical and non-critical systems, including incident investigation, service restoration, problem management, root cause analysis, and preventive actions
- Review technical solutions and deliverables, provide guidance to analysts and contractors, and facilitate effective knowledge transfer
- Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, technology refreshes, end-of-life activities, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery exercises
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of working experience in system analysis or technical leadership covering requirements, solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and BAU support
- Technical knowledge of .Net/C#, SQL, and SaaS platform
- Solid stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
