- Prepare and execute UAT test cases for Commercial Lending and digital banking platforms
- Develop test strategies/plans and ensure comprehensive coverage of functional releases
- Log test results, identify defects, and work with IT/vendors to resolve issues
- Coordinate with business, IT, and vendors on priorities, acceptance criteria, and UAT sign-off
- Support production release verification and incident testing, including occasional off-hours
- University degree with 3+ years' experience in UAT testing or Test Lead roles
- Experience in testing of commercial banking products and digital platforms
- Good understanding of UAT processes, test planning, and Agile delivery methodology
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
