Responsibilities
- Design and deploy enterprise messaging systems and message flow architecture
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to execute design and coding activities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business user requirements into technical middleware solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise on standards, best practices, and security vulnerabilities
- Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot MQSeries infrastructure
- Manage workload distribution for assigned team resources to maximize operational efficiency
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with middleware and SOA technologies
- Strong understanding of messaging concepts including pub/sub, point-to-point, and MQ infrastructure objects
- Hands-on experience with MQ installation, migration, and system configuration
- Proven track record in delivering technical documentation and deployment support
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese with strong communication skills
