We seek a Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Securities Services team. You will design and implement solutions for our Asset Services offerings, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business needs and design strategic solutions for the Asset Services domain.
- Lead current and future-state process mapping to optimize workflows and reduce risk.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize complex business and functional requirements.
- Manage relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of third-party vendor solutions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure solution success and business value.
Required:
- At least 6 years as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, with knowledge of Asset Services, Proxy, or Post-Trade operations.
- Experience in business process mapping and re-engineering using tools like MS Visio.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Vendor solution implementation experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
