Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for conversational AI channels, from strategic design through to execution and deployment.
- Drive customer adoption and increase automation by integrating advanced AI solutions.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize requirements, and lead cross-functional agile (SAFe) scrum teams across global locations.
- Collaborate with a wide range of regional stakeholders to align project goals with business strategy.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
- At least 6 years of experience in a Product Owner or Project Manager role, specifically within digital product development.
- Proven track record delivering customer-facing Conversational AI or GenAI products; experience in banking/fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in agile methodologies (SAFe) and managing projects in a large-scale, global environment.
- An entrepreneurial problem-solver with a passion for improving customer experience and driving efficiency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence without direct authority.
- Languages: Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a PLUS
