Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and implement enhancements to application systems.
- Deliver production support, managing incidents and requests within SLA, with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Conduct application and server administration, including performance tuning.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and support testing environments.
- Support the change control process and system implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven expertise in SimCorp Dimension components, functionality, and architecture.
- Solid technical foundation in SQL, Python, Linux shell scripting, Oracle Database, Windows Server, SQL Server, IBM AIX, Control-M, and DevOps tools.
- Experience in technical/production support for investment or banking systems is a PLUS.
