Role:
- Oversee digital communications across both established and emerging channels such as eDM, SMS, MMS, push alerts and future platforms.
- Responsible for end-to-end development lifecycle from initial scoping to implementation support
- Partner closely with teams across business, data and analytics to ensure smooth execution.
- Use analytical skills to support campaign generation, monitor performance and translate data into actionable business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data & Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in data‑related function in banking industry.
- Working experience in SAS, SQL, Tableau/QlikSense, Python, Pega is an advantage.
- Understanding of digital messaging technology is a bonus.
- A proactive, responsible and detail‑oriented team player with strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
