We are seeking a seasoned Procurement professional to ensure the success of our new ERP system's Procurement modules. You will be responsible for end-to-end testing, defect management, and user support, acting as a vital link between our procurement team, IT, and the system vendor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end test cases for Procurement modules (Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay) and validate system performance against business requirements.
- Identify, document, and track system defects; collaborate with the implementation vendor on issue resolution.
- Support end-users during UAT and conduct training sessions to ensure a smooth transition.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on testing objectives and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Develop user training materials and quick-reference guides.
- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes (Procure-to-Pay, Contracts, Sourcing).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Oracle is a PLUS.
- Prior ERP implementation or testing experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
