Project Nature:
Development, maintenance and support of IT application systems
Job Description:
- Participate in full system development life cycle including requirement collection, system analysis and design, application development, testing, deployment and project management for IT application systems;
- Maintain and support various web based application systems in particular library system and provide e-form support;
- Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and at an appropriate level of quality; and
- Perform other administrative activities as when required.
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent ;
- Minimum 5 years of IT working experience with at least 3 years as System Analyst or similar capacity;
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in managing and supporting systems/services with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) standards are preferred
- Experienced in supporting cloud applications, in particular library system;
- Experienced in using open source tools (e.g. JBoss, JQuery, Spring MVC, Hibernate, MyBatis, etc.) for application development;
- Knowledge in configuration/automation tools (e.g. Gitea, Jenkins, Maven, Control-M, etc.) is preferred; and
- Experience in managing Government projects is preferred.
