Project Nature:
Development and maintenance support of application systems
Job Description:
- Develop a new application system and integrate with other application systems
- To provide support to ongoing system maintenance, including system performance monitoring and optimization to ensure its smooth operation and enhance its effectiveness and efficiency
- To liaise with contractors to resolve production issues, monitor and review troubleshooting, bug fixes and corrective actions
- To manage changes/enhancements requests, including carrying out impact assessment and requirement analysis, formulating technical solution, providing technical advice to user and assisting in user acceptance test
- To coordinate with users and other internal support teams e.g. infrastructure teams and project team of interfacing systems, when required
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' IT experience and 2 years' in similar capacity
- Solid hands-on experience in system implementation and maintenance support
- Solid hands-on experience in JAVA Programming
- Solid hands-on experience in SQL
- Experience in Project Management, Vendor Management is a must
- Experience in Quality Assurance is a must
- Must have supervisory or team lead experience in project implementation
- Experience in mobile and mini app development is preferred
- Experience in using Government Cloud is preferred
- Experience in implementing projects with agentic AI architecture is preferred
- Good written command in both English and Cantonese (written and oral)
