Project Nature:
The project is for the implementation and maintenance of a digital identity system (the System) which consists of cloud-based back end systems running container-based applications and mobile apps
The System provides Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for access by other systems to perform authentication, form filling, digital signing and other functions with the consent of the mobile app users
The project team will be responsible for the platform operations, maintenance and development work as well as to provide necessary technical support to department for integrating their online services with the System
Job Description:
1. Provide technical and operational support for maintenance and enhancements of the system infrastructure of the digital identity system (the System) running in cloud platforms
2. Provide technical and integration support for upgrading the system infrastructure of the System in cloud platform
3. Work with related government contractors on the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, troubleshooting and operational work for the System
4. Assist in technical specifications and market research in sourcing appropriate solutions in the market
5. Support incident/issue handling for round-the-clock running systems
6. Perform any other duties (including publicity) assigned by the supervisors
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Cloud Infrastructure with 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Solid hands-on experience on implementation and maintenance for systems running on cloud platform
- Strong knowledge and experience of implementing or maintaining for systems using load balancers, internet gateways, application proxy servers, domain name services, docker / container technologies, public key infrastructure and digital certificate related technologies
- Good command of in both English and Chinese (oral and written)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to communicate using Putonghua would be required
- Required to go on other branches
