The Role
- Support the 7x24 IT Monitoring Centre operations, Data Centre operations, and facilities.
- Perform event monitoring (IT infrastructures and application performance) and 1st tier troubleshooting and support
- Execute operations and support defined activities, such as system/batch jobs processing, systems and services health checks, reports generation, etc
- Proactively assist the operations team in carrying out the objectives.
Experience Needed:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines
- 2+ years of experience in the IT industry preferred, candidate with less experience will also be considered
- Exposure to cloud and virtualization technologies, IT professional certification (ITIL, Azure, Windows, Linux, Service management tools, etc)
- Tools and technologies experience, such as SCCM, Datadog, Azure Monitors
- Willing to learn new technologies, automate repeated tasks, good analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- 7x24 shift is required (Day Shift: 0730-1600, Evening Shift: 1530-2400, Night Shift: 2330-0800)
