Key Responsibilities:
- Act as product owner, analysing market research, user feedback, and usage data to understand needs and opportunities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your domain, from discovery and prioritization to launch and performance analysis
- Lead and prioritize the product backlog, using data and customer insights to inform decisions and maximize value
- Collaborate closely with technology, design, and analytics teams in a SAFe agile framework to deliver on time and within budget
- Develop scalable, global digital capabilities and ensure a consistent customer experience across markets
- Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and navigate a complex matrix environment
- At least 3 years of experience in Digital Product Management in financial services
- Strong understanding of digital business models; experience with travel, lifestyle or other consumer product development is a strong advantage
- Experience with Design Thinking methodologies and leading discovery work to explore new problems and ideas
- Strong experience working in a global, agile environment (SAFe experience preferred)
- Excellent understanding of risk frameworks and experience working with second line of defense functions: legal, compliance, financial crime (AML & sanctions), fraud, and risk
- Data-driven problem-solver with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong outward focus on competitor landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to navigate business requirements and differences of opinion
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
- Resilient, ‘can-do’ attitude with passion for leveraging technology to solve customer problems
