The Role:
- Develop, update, and enforce human resources policies aligned with company goals.
- Strategically oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain talent.
- Manage remuneration strategies and benefits to ensure market competitiveness.
- Lead manpower planning and staff succession to support business continuity.
- Implement effective performance management systems for goal setting and feedback.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives
Experience Needed:
- At least 15 years of related working experience, of which recent years are in the Construction/Manufacturing industry
- Extensive experience in HR management, preferably at a department head level
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proven skills in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
