- Provide IT desktop service and end-user support in the office
- Monitor, maintain and assign, and close the IT ticketing system for end-user tickets
- Act as the first point of contact for user incidents & service requests for collaboration tools
- Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting the desktop IT infrastructure
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Take ownership of service incidents/requests and liaise with other GTS teams to resolve and manage user expectations
Experience Needed:
- At least 3 years of experience in providing end-user support.
- Strong knowledge in Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office 365, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN), Server Room/Data Center support for cable patching
- Good communication skills in English
- Short notice (1 week or less) is an advantage
