- Leverage Microsoft Power Platform to streamline digital learning processes and automate routine tasks
- Utilize AI platforms and models (e.g., Copilot, Python-based frameworks) to design and implement AI-driven learning tools and multimedia content
- Support the development and integration of immersive technologies such as VR, AR, and 360-degree experiences within e-learning and Learning Management System
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure digital learning solutions are technically accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational needs
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for emerging technologies, digital innovation, and sharing best practices in instructional design to promote continuous improvement.
- Skilled in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and capable of working independently or collaboratively with a strong sense of responsibility
