- IT helpdesk for retails, chain store support/service
- Hotline and ticket system service and support
- Monitor ticket system status
- Escalation process to line manager / vendors
- Provide daily IT/Windows’ support
- Provide daily POS System/Devices’ support. E.g. Scanner, payment device, payslip printer, barcode device, etc.
- Basic Network/IP service
- Retails stores support and service
- Relevant working experience in IT Helpdesk and support
- POS System/Device knowledge and experience
- Good communication skill and team co-operation
