- Lead technical development for Oracle EBS R12.2, including customizations (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) and online patching.
- Manage the financial Chart of Accounts (COA) transformation and develop integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) with other enterprise systems.
- Own the Non-Functional Test stream, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for performance and security.
- Review and accept deliverables from the System Integrator (SI) vendor.
- Provide post-go-live support, performance tuning, and expert consultation to business users.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
- At least 8 years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience, including a full R12.2 implementation.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OAF, and Workflow.
- Proven experience with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR), COA design, and API-based integrations.
- Solid understanding of underlying infrastructure (Unix, Oracle DB) and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and enterprise architecture standards.
