- Provide 1st tier technical support to internal customers (either onsite or remotely).
- Provide 1st tier support on MS Windows and MS Office.
- Provide 1st tier support on all corporate communication systems including email (e.g. Outlook, Web and Mobile devices), instant messaging, video conference equipment setup and etc.
- Perform hardware and software installations such as Workstations, Laptop PCs and Printers.
- Provide onsite support to internal customers on PC/Printer/Network and peripheral related issues.
- Maintain up-to-date hardware & software inventory.
- Perform system administration and health checking as assigned.
- Handle office administrative services and ad-hoc support as assigned.
- Remote-hand to data center during office hours.
- Occasional extended hours support (non-office hours) under mutual agreement.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines or above.
- 2-3 year experience in IT system and end-user support
- Good knowledge on computer hardware, system and software development
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is an advantage
