We are looking for a AI specialist to design, build, and optimise cutting-edge AI applications. You will be instrumental in developing frameworks, fine-tuning models, and creating robust prompt systems to solve complex challenges. Candidates with less experience but strong relevant skills and a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement embedding strategies to optimise AI model performance.
- Develop applications using agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Create and manage a library of optimised prompts, refining them through user feedback.
- Fine-tune large language models, with a focus on open-source or China-based models.
- Oversee data tagging and labelling processes to ensure high-quality model inputs.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in machine learning or AI, with at least 1 year in generative AI. Junior candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Cloud/On-Prem Experience: Hands-on experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills focused on developing practical solutions to complex challenges in generative AI.
- Familiarity with ethical AI considerations (bias, misinformation) is a PLUS.
- Experience with data tagging/labelling tools for effective insight generation is a PLUS.
