Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead End-to-End Project Delivery: Manage the entire project lifecycle for large-scale, complex digital and data projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget, in accordance with our established project governance framework.
- Manage Project Governance: Facilitate project steering committees and governance forums to provide transparency, track progress against milestones, manage risks and issues, and secure key decisions from stakeholders.
- Drive Project Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, consistent, and timely status reporting to project sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining a clear view of project health and facilitating effective communication across all levels.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with teams across the organization, including Operations, Product, and Technology, to ensure alignment, manage dependencies, and foster collaborative execution.
- Champion Project Management Standards: Utilize and advocate for established project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve project delivery quality and consistency.
To be successful in this role, you must possess at least 8 years of relevant project management experience and meet the following requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale and complex digital or technology projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of data and digital capabilities, with experience in projects involving areas such as data governance, platform implementation, or software development.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining core project artefacts, including project charters, plans, risk registers, status reports, and budget trackers.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, influence without direct authority, and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
- Solid experience in managing project scope, schedules, resources, and budgets, with a focus on achieving project objectives.
- Experience in supporting change management activities and helping teams adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
