Our client is a Transport Operator known for safety and efficiency. They have a strong focus on digital transformation, utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance operations and the customer experience.
The Role:
- Communicate with different IT teams to design and develop the training content to ensure courses are responsive to the current and future needs of customers
- Conduct classroom training and assessment as required to ensure that trainees are equipped with all necessary knowledge and skills and are competent to perform their job.
- Able to provide appropriate instructional techniques, skills, and knowledge that are satisfactorily developed to meet the needs of the training programs
- Explore the possibility of using new/advanced training technologies to enhance training effectiveness from time to time
- Make recommendations for and effect changes in curriculum design, control, and procedures of training programs to reflect current operational practices
Experience Needed:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Preferred with a certificate or diploma in training & development.
- 5 years’ solid working experience in the IT industry, with at least three of which should be training-related.
- Highly motivated team leaders with the ability to work independently, mentor others, and drive projects to successful completion
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
