- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring end-user issues are resolved efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain mobile devices and applications, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Deliver prompt and effective support to VIP users, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage and maintain an updated inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and spare units.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure systems, including video conferencing (VC) systems, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of IT services.
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and share knowledge with peers to enhance team capabilities.
- Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user IT support.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, and Active Directory.
- Experience with Android and iOS device configuration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with video conferencing systems and remote VPN access.
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Chinese.
- Certifications in MCTS, MCITP, MCDST, or equivalent credentials is a bonus
