The Role:
- UAT Test cases preparation and execution for all changes or enhancements on digital platform products
- Provide support to define/write up the test strategy and/or test plan of all digital platform functional releases
- Participate in UAT review meetings, perform test results logging, report test results, and participate in resolving issues with IT and solution vendors
- Coordinate with stakeholders, and facilitate reaching an agreement on problem fix prioritization, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Support production incident investigation and fixes testing in UAT and Production
