The Role:
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, test cases, and scripts based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify testing requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management system.
- Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders, including status updates and recommendations for improvements.
- Document test scenarios and maintain the testing repository for future reference.
Experience Needed:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of experience as a UAT Tester, ideally in the financial industry.
- Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
