The 'referrer' must submit the referral form with the 'referred candidate's' contact details
The 'referred candidate' has not been contacted by Peoplebank and/or has not been contracted under Peoplebank within the last 6 months from 1 July 2021.
Upon successful placement with a Peoplebank client, the 'referred candidate' must have completed a minimum of three (3) months with the T-Contract client.
The T-Contract referral incentive will be given on a one-off basis only. Referred candidates who are placed with a Peoplebank client more than once or has their contract renewed will not be subject to the T-contract referral incentive
The T-Contract referral incentive will be given to the original Referrer only and no other arrangements will be made.
Should any disputes arise regarding the referral scheme, Peoplebank reserves the right to any final decision.
