Job Summary
- Assist Technology and Innovation leadership to develop, formulate and manage digital transformation plans
- Support senior management to prepare business cases, organize and facilitate vendor selection process, plan and execute data-driven evaluations on solution proposals that support business and technology leaderships on making informed decisions
- As a member of PMO team to help refining project scopes, conduct project planning and resource planning
- Support senior management to oversee relevant projects as programs and realize the key milestones and outcomes as values to business
- Partner with various project managers to identify and track project risks and issues for responses and remediations
- The job position will report into Technology and Innovation leadership committee to assist on developing, planning and driving multiple digital transformation initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate effective collaborations & engagement across the various business functions and stakeholders to draft and achieve alignments on the timeline, key deliverables, working model and governance mechanism of assigned transformation initiatives
- Report timely progress of transformation initiatives to senior management and business functions
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- 3 years or above of relevant working experience in digital project delivery
- Solid project management experience on digital transformation projects
- PMP certified
- Agile and DevOps knowledges and experiences
- Customer centric, highly result oriented, critical thinking, proactive, able to work independently and under pressure
- English and Chinese with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills
- Strong stakeholder management and program/portfolio management skills
- Experiences on preparing senior executive presentation materials
