We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients in the market.
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments, attending networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand professional networks and gain insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop marketing materials, website content, and social media campaigns to support business development efforts.


  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including knowledge of different job markets, hiring trends, and recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate and close deals, and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems is preferred but not necessary.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
