- Responsible for the ServiceNow platform of the company
- Support IT service management to automate business processes.
- Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform.
- Manage the SNow platform to ensure stability and implement architectural changes when necessary.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent working experience in a related field
- 2 years or above working experience in related to ServiceNow
- Good communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts
- ServiceNow/ITIL certifications is an advantage
