Job Description
Provides technical support in implementation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
- Handle networking and security products setup, configuration and implementation
- Resolve technical problems for established networks
- Provide technical proposals, reports and documentations
- Participate in local and regional projects in network infrastructure and work closely with different infrastructure teams and vendors for project delivery
Job Requirement
- Academic
- Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
- Professional Diploma or Higher Diploma in related streams with good relevant working experience will also be considered.
- Years of experience
- At least 5-year experience for network support and implementation
- CCNP certified, with CCIE certification as an advantage
- Hands on experience in sizable network implementation and support
- Technical knowledge
- Solid experience in WLAN, WAN, LAN, MPLS, TCP/IP
- Knowledge in Aruba, Cisco, H3C products, firewall, IPSec or DMVPN and security software, VoIP system and wireless LAN infrastructure in MNC environment
- Hands on experience in sizable network implementation and support
- Experience and knowledge in Palo Alto and Fortigate firewall are desirable
- Other skills
- Self-motivated, responsible and independent
- Team player with good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication in English, Mandarin is desirable
- Occasional travel is required
