Duties:
- Perform installation and maintenance service on telephony systems
- Responsible for Call Centre migration
- Manage implementation in Data Center
- Handle BAU request
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years working experience in Voice/Contact Centre background
- At least 1-2 years experience in Cisco IPT
- Basic knowledge in Call Recording solutions such as Verint platform with concepts on LAN & WAN and voice telecommunication technologies such as SIP trunk, IDAM, IDAP
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical, consulting, troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills
- Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
