Our client is a global Luxury group, who is seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join Network team. Reporting to Global Operation Manager, this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Design, set up, and manage the group's network environment.
- Troubleshoot large-scale MNC IT networks.
- Support system and project implementations.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and audit processes.
- Document operation procedures and user manuals.
- Provide tier 2 support and handle day-to-day activities.
- Analyze systems, establish standards, and provide capacity planning.
- Improve support operations, control costs, and propose technology refreshment plans.
The ideal candidate profile would be like:
- Bachelor's degree of Information Technology or above in related field
- At least 2 years of experience in network implementations and operation in corporate environment (retail industry preferred)
- with strong technical exposure in WAN, switches, routers and firewall
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SNMP)
- Hands-on experience with networking system (e.g., Cisco switches and routers, Juniper firewalls)
- Knowledge of network security principles and best practices
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work with regional stakeholders
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in Chinese and English
