Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the healthiness of system and provide helpdesk support
- Perform first line problem detection and escalation and perform dat-to-day operation support related duties of the system
Requirements:
- Revelant IT experience with 2 year or above
- Experience in support and operation on server or network components
- Has kowledge / working experience in Linux server is an advantage
- Experience in IT operations management or data center operations management
- Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
- Working location: Tsuen Wan
