  • Assist to lead deskside support teams to provide professional IT support service,
  • Coordinate with various delivery teams for continuous service improvement,
  • Ensure full compliance with Company's IT Security, Risk and continuity policies and standard,
  • Identify and provide solution with internal team or vendor to manage problems.


  • Degree holders in Computer Science or equivalent,
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in IT industry with a wide exposure in areas of IT operation, networking, security and project management,
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability and people skills,
  • Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and a good team leader,
  • Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese,
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
