Our FSI client is seeking for potential helpdesk support candidate with the details as below:-

  • Frontline Helpdesk Support - troubleshooting and resolving computing hardware and applications (general and proprietary software)
  • Following up with internal customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Managing the service desk ticket queue and perform ticket triage/escalation to appropriate support teams as necessary
  • PC Workstation installation and relocation work, including (but not limited to):
    • PC / Notebook / Monitor installation and configuration
    • Hardware and software technical support, inventory, and documentation
  • Support for mobile devices (knowledge of AirWatch is preferred)
  • General support activities as per instructions from supervisor
  • General health check/maintenance tasks as per instructions from supervisor
  • Contribute to the development of the internal support knowledge base (including documenting solutions to issues, updating/revising training manuals, etc.)
