Duties:

  • Provide remotely and on-site technical and user support
  • Setup and configure desktop, networking devices, LAN / WAN administration, Windows, MS Office and Active directory etc
  • Keep customers informed about the status and progress of their inquiries
  • Provide immediate end-user support and troubleshooting on server and office application


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • At least 3 years hands-on on-site service support experience
  • Capable of communicating with clients in English when necessary
  • Self-motivated and well-organized
  • Positive attitude with good communication skills and customer service skills
