Job description:

  • Provide helpdesk support to clients on severs and network, including setup, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance and administration
  • Provide IP phone support, configuration and troubleshooting and mainteance

Job requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology , Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of IT working experience in network/servers infrastructure
  • At least 2-3 years in TCP/IP, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IP phone system and Cisco switch
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good spoken and written in Cantonese and English
